I got a totally burnt Burger which was a deliberate action

My son bought a fish combo from Torbram and Airport road Burger King when we got home it was a totally black burnt Burger rapped up. No one would do that , I mean no one can expect this kind of service. I was in shock what you guys advertise and what you serve.
