GOT A REFUND! Today is September 21, 2018. GLAMOUR GOLD CUST SERVICE number is 1-84*-790-**** I, too ordered this product thinking I was only agreeing to the shipping fee. This company has now charged my credit card for three months of both products, the face and eye creams. I called today, and was able to get a full refund for September, and a partial refund of 75% for August. They told me July was too far out and they weren't able to refund that. They offered me several "deals" before I was able to get a full refund for September. They offered me 30% of purchase price for refund, then 45%, 75%, then finally agreed to 100% for September. When they agreed to the full refund, I thought they meant for all three months. It was only for September, hence the negotiation for all three months separately. I was at my bank when I made this call. Before I agreed to the refund, I put Glamour Gold on hold to make sure the bank couldn't do better. The bank said they wouldn't have gotten what I did from Glamour Gold, because they had actually shipped the product to my house. Some helpful notes: This is a call center, so it's very important to be kind-ish and PATIENT to the operator. I repeated the words 'scam' and 'illegal' every time I said no to the unacceptable offers. My standard answer was "no, I will not accept anything less than a full refund for this product. It is a scam, and that is illegal. I have several thousand complaints just like mine that Im looking at right now, would you like me to forward them to you?" Again, remain calm
