I got a package yesterday from you with the bottom cut off and no contents.

I realize you are not to blame and would like to re-place my order if possible but would like you to black out your company name on the envelope. Can you replace my order just as I previously entered it or do I have to do that myself (and be sure you black out your name on the envelope).
