I get run around to obtain a loan

Same issue. Had to send $150 in gift cards via email to a Alex Hastings for a protection insurance since loan is unsecured. I received an agreement for loan of $6k, now i am told that ABA has a hold on funds and i need to pay $191 to have the hold released. Alex says that the funds were released to me and they will also pay $191. I Tried to contact ABA, hard to get answer. I did send email to them, no response. Been working with GE Capital for over 1 month.
