I gather a NEW and IMPROVED update was made?

On 10/23/2020 I attempted to log into Origin and play and realized my log in info has been deleted. I tried to log in and it says credentials have expired or wrong info was entered. So I tired a couple more times and then finally decided maybe i forgot my password. Sent an email and reset the password and still says the same thing over and over and over again.
