I felt like I was being cheated!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, paid for the 3-day shipping, but got a notification that they'll arrive in two weeks. When I reached out to ask about the delay since I paid for 3-day shipping, I was told my order was now 'lost'. The Customer Service Chat representative Vance P. was no help, so I called to speak to someone, and they told me I had to use their route claims site and I'll be notified of my possible refund. I'm 46-years-old, and have shopped many times in my life, but this is, by far, the worst shopping experience I've ever had to deal with! User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS PLACE!! NO NOT!!!
