I entered the wrong email

I entered an invalid email to my purchase. And I dont have access to it. I purchased 4 tickets to kidz klub. And my auto fill entered a invalid email. I need a refund. Trueking3@***.com was the wrong address. The correct one is bigsalesnyc@***.com. I need a refund because your customer service isnt fast enough I had to purchase again.
