I dropped off a russian diver natilus watch for a battery replacement at sawgrass mills store on 5/11/19. I have made several calls to the store and consistently being told it's not ready. I am very patient but 3 weeks is excessive. I asked to come and pickup the watch but keep getting false promises. I'm afraid the watch may be lost.
