I ordered 2 swimsuits separately about a week apart. I received the first one and when it didn't work out I immediately sent it back and ordered a replacement as there was a 25% off coupon to use that week. The second suit didn't work out so I sent it back as well.They received both swimsuits over 2 weeks ago and I haven't received a refund for either. When I called to inquire as to when I would receive it the woman told me "within one billing cycle". I asked what that meant and she said "up to 30 days"!!! I wanted to order a new suit to replace these but as of now I have over $250 in swimsuits that I don't actually possess. When I tried to tell the woman I needed to order a new suit soon and asked if I could expedite the return process, she told me I had to re-order a new suit and THEN they would refund me my money that day. I don't wish to do business with them anymore as a result. I'm still waiting for my refund.
