I just had fat transferred to my face, a lip procedure and CO2 laser. Dr. Simoni was very clear about the procedures as well as the down sides of them. I started with plastic surgery in my teens and I'll tell you if you can't deal with the fact that everyone is different so there are chances of problems happening then you really shouldn't go under the knife. Every time you do you are taking a risk of having complications no matter who your doctor is. It seems that someone or some people really have it out for Dr. Simoni. I don't get it.
