The clothes are great, it's true. But there's a hugggge BUT. But the other things are terrible: from customer service to quality of clothes. Well, let's start from the beginning. I ordered wonderful boots in September, they arrived 50 days later and one of the boots was torn right in the middle. I was frustrated because it was hard not to notice such a big problem. I called them right away and they said I had to send a picture of the boots. I did and waited forever for them to reply. So they replied 3 weeks later saying that I can't return and get my refund because I had to write them within 30 days after receiving my package. What do you think I did, dumb heads? Ugh. I won't leave it that way and piss you off until you refund all of my money.
