Well I called customer service and an automated woman came on and told me they were open till 5pm and I called way before 5pm then they basically told me to call back and hung up. Ive been dealing with nothing but automated text and emails thinking that Im really talking to someone real but no they all say the same text and message over and over again its been a month since I ordered some of their merchandise and I still havent received it. User's recommendation: 0 out of 10.
