Yes I've tried to contact them all they tell me is to do their work and reap in it I didn't think I was supposed to be the electrical guy when this was supposed to be all plug-in play only one out of three orders has taken me 10 minutes to install the others have taken up to an hour and a half just to get them working because they don't like pin and out the plugs right and then when you contact them they just expect you to send more emails in blah blah blah nothing gets resolved even the one they sent me to replace the one that was pinned out the first one that was pinned out wrong was pinned out correctly afterwards and if you'd like me to add photos that's not a problem but I probably blah blah out enough good luck with these people because if it isn't pinned out right now just ask you to send it back and wait for your money or send you another wrong part and this is referring to 6004 or 6007 relay harnesses that they say or the same but there again I don't ever expect this to make it to their page cuz I've yet to see a bad review but they suck and I didn't cuss but I could say a lot more smiley faces for me a 0 on Starz and a 0 on customer satisfaction on far as reaching out to him I've reached out to him enough times in emails I get tired to email an email so where that they get a
