I don’t have my order

It say my order was delivered I'm trying to figure out where because I don't have it . I try calling customer service but it's not going through. I'm upset because this order was a birthday gift for my step daughter birthday and I have no idea who to call or where my package was delivered to . Ab User's recommendation: Absolutely not.
