I don’t exist???

I have tried a few times, to no avail, to sign up for SSI online. Moat recently, 20 minutes ago. According to their records, my RECORDED AND LEGAL social security number doesn't exist. I have contacted my local social security office, and they can't find a reason as to why it says my number doesn't exist. I think they need to get a new IT guy, because wow.
