Carl's Taxidermy and Tannery 360 E churches St MT Auburn IL [protected] I would like to start this letter out by saying this was the catch of my life fishing one afternoon back in October of 2006 I had caught this fish and struggled to land the fish with a 2lb test line this fish was over 22 inches long and wanted it mounted I contacted Carl's Taxidermy and drove over 100 miles to get it to him I had ask him several times how long this process would take. He advised me about 6 weeks I will have ready for you. I said that's great I wrote him a check for 100 dollars. Well the check I wrote he had cashed and the six weeks went by I contacted him. The first story I received he had not started on it yet. I'll have it done before Christmas. OK well that didn't happen. A couple more months went by I contacted him again. Then it was heart surgery. A couple more months went by then it was arms broke. Still no fish!! Well know its June of 07 I contacted him again and the line is he hasn't started yet after all the lies and unworthy business practices I feel he should be put on the bad Taxidermy list. For central IL area. I tried to settle with him by requesting that he gives my 100 bucks back and we will call it even He says he doesn't have a 100 dollars. The morale of the story I don't recommend him for any service.
