I banked with First Cjtizens Bank many years. I used to like the bank. I notice past few years, the attitudes of the staff are different though. They are not friendly. They are cold and and when you ask questions, not helpful, short and quick. I wonder what happened to all of these people at the same time ??? I closed my account with them and moved on to BB&T. Very pleased with their friendly service. I hate to talk negative about anyone but really it has got to the point, when my husband started complaining about the same thing, I realized it is not just me.
