I don’t know Is thIs going to be remedied or have we lost a reallygood product.
Have been buying Boars Head bacon from Publix in Holmes Beach Fla. from as long as we have had a condo here - 20 yrs. have had no problem until now - late 2018. The cut is different being thicker which is ok but the slices are crumbling when I try to separate them prior to frying and there are huge wedges of thick fat Yuck!! What has happened to a formerly really goood product ?
