I do not want anyone else to go through the same experience as me.

Ordered a rug from Homebase online as the product was not available in any of their stores. Rug was described as cream but I only had to open a corner of the packaging to see that I would definitely class it as White. The same day as it arrived I contacted Homebase to return it. It has taken 13 phone calls and about 7-8 emails to finally manage to get it collected by their courier. It had to be returned directly to Homebase's supplier and all communication had to go through Homebase. Sadly there was no communication!! Just kept being fobbed off, and they said that someone had called to collect which was totally fabricated. I had no contact with courier or the supplier and Homebase were useless. There customer service simply does not exist. I now have to wait for a refund which I hope will follow shortly. User's recommendation: My advice is NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM HOMEBASE!
