They strung me out for three months and told me my loan was approved only to find out after 3 months they couldn't do loan. For one thing I think they didn't want to make good on the low rate they promised me so they kept stringing it out saying they needed additional info...blah blah blah. I was a totally qualified buyer - no issues and they turned me down. So after all that time, now I had to get a higher rate, but went with Amerisave Mtg who got it done in 2 weeks. No problem there ! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH LOAN DEPOT - AWEFUL!
