I do not recommend shopcj!

I received my order on March 21 and the same day I contacted ShopCJ customer service regarding my order. Some items were missing and I asked them refund my money or to send me the missing stuff. The rep I spoke with said that they'll fix everything and promised to contact me back with their decision. After that they stopped replying to my messages and completely ignored me! I still haven't got my refund and for these two months I have been trying to reach someone from customer service but it took me nowhere. I do not recommend ShopCJ!
