Used groovebook service and printed out some photos. When I received my photos I was very disappointed with the quality. Pictures were very dark and quality was terrible. Some photos were even cut although I never asked them to do so! I wanted to get a refund but they did not reply and my issue still remains as unresolved. I do not recommend groovebook and there are many other better services.
