I do not recommend anyone to patronize while Julius is there in charge.

This evening I went to the Fuquay-Varina restaurant to purchase a cup of ice (where it's free EVERYWHERE else). The person taking the order quoted a number that I hadn't been paying in the past as recently as earlier today. I asked why it was more and she stated it's always been like that, I did not understand where the breakdown was, and I asked to speak to the manager and he was disrespectful and rude. As I'm talking to him trying to get clarification of cost he wrote his name on a bag handed it to me and slammed the window. All the while the workers are standing there laughing. What kind of example is he setting for the subordinates that he is supposed to be guiding to treat customers with integrity and respect. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH RUDE SERVICE AT ANY OF THE COOKOUTS that I'VE ever been to. And I frequent the one in Fuquay-Varina the most as I work and reside in the area. My children enjoy the food. Please don't misunderstand I have no qualms with paying for the ice or anything else, my issue aas with the lack of courtesy and respect that was shown my that "manager." However, the treatment by that so called leader of staff makes me second guess whether I will be patronizing your Fuquay-Varina branch again. And I will advise my family, friends, coworkers to do the same. No customer should EVER be treated rudely for any reason. Good customer service is about treating with dignity and respect, resolving the situation in spite of how you may personally feel about the customer.
