I DIDN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers, they were cancelled the very next day. They send a message saying that I will get a refund in 2-3 business days. I didn't receive it yet and it's been a week and a day business days. I need my refund of $524.00 ASAP. Please refund my money. I think it's insane that it's no one you can physically talk to. I NEED MY REFUND NOW!!!!
