I didn’t receive the product, USPS says it was delivered.

Information on USPS website for the package with tracking number 940551****648008****38 says: April 27, 2018 at 3:21 pm Delivered, In/At Mailbox But the package is not in/at mailbox. We were out of town from Friday 27 2:30pm to Sunday 29 9pm. Please contact customer Liatne Dosina at {{REDACTED}}.
