I will call back when i can be on hold an hour..its abot a DEPOSIT REFUND CHECK FOR 100.12. Its my daughters and im gettn power of attorney for her while she is incarcerated...we need to be able to get this check cashed and even w poa my bank wnt let me deposit. Almost every payment of 187$ HAS BEEN DRAWN OFF MY CHECKING ACCT AND WITH ME GETTN POA CAN U ISSUE A NEW CHECK IN MY NAME W PROOF OF POA? ITS SO WE CAN GET THE 100$ REFUND SHE IS OWED???
