I didn’t get my flower delivery. I want my money back!!!

My mom never get her flowers that I ordered from Avas flowers. They charged me $97.37 for the flowers of $59.99. I paid over $40 extra for the service and delivery. This order was for my moms birthday, but it never got delivered. I wanted to get my money back!!! User's recommendation: NO!!!
