I didn’t get deposit

On 07.06.2020. I have rent car -Rental Agreement Number : 40019****, reservation 2772****HR0- deposit amount is charged on 07.06.2020. but I didnt got back that deposit. Please can you check at your side if there we something went wrong with refund?
