I didn’t get a month free as promised

I feel like I am being cheated I don't feel like I'm getting a month free I payed about 25$ Durning move in on April 20th and you are charging me full price come May 20th typically if a customer is getting a month free I would have pay until next month I've done research and other storage units have offer the month free don't charge a fee up front other then the protection fee with the Coronavirus going on you would think that you guys would actually give a month free due to some people that are not working can you explain your policy and may I have some kind of compensation or discount User's recommendation: They don't give a month free as promised I moved in on 4/20 and they want a full payment by 5/20 which is not a month free the show room they have is false advertising I didn't get any I was told I was going to get or wanted and they're over priced especially at a time like this where most people are out of work.
