I didn’t ask for this service

Why hasn't my MONEY been RETURNED??? This isn't ok I should've never been charged for your service I was trying to contact Lyft and some how or another got wrapped up into this mess with your service. It's been long enough that my MONEY was taken without my knowledge. Again I thought that I was getting in contact with Lyft, I want my money back and I feel that I'm being stalled in attempts to keep my money. The service was IMMEDIATELY discontinued and spoke with some kinda agent at 6ya. FIX this, PLEASE...
