I did not receive my free ab accessory

Where's my free ab accessory? The girl I purchased the equipment from was very rude and crass. I said nothing to push her further other than ask her general questions about the machine. It was about 2:30 in the am when I placed the order. I paid for it in full, although I had 30 days to check it out for a dollar. It wasn't til I placed the order that she became a little more pleasant towards me. Her attitude almost deterred me from buying it, but I didn't want to miss the special offer they had that morning. I was very leary if she would place the order correctly or mess up my information. Chuck Norris, your Customer service must do better and where is my free ab accessory before I send this back? Like I said I paid for it in full. User's recommendation: I don't have one yet, I just received it just 4days ago.
