I did not receive a Comm Link that I paid for in May 2019

I went to download the Omni Shield App and need the Comm Link which I see on my invoice I was to have but don't have. I also read where I need it for the house over all. Phone associated with this account is 607-661-****. You can come to the house and see I do not have a Comm LInk. What do I do now. linbill30@***.com
