I received a letter today from you stating my account had been approved. I did not open an account with you. Account #[protected]. I would like an explanation for this. I do not know how this could have happened. I spoke with my son-in-law, who is an attorney, and he suggested that I give you the opportunity to explain this and if it was not to my satisfaction that I send a copy of the letter to the Consumer Protection Agency of the Arkansas Attorney General. Please check on this and respond with your explanation. Thank you Betty Cooper
