I did not get my foodie

No food!!! Ive waited an hour just for the door dasher to say they only had the drinks! Why didnt they tell her that before She came there? And to only have the drinks ready? This is such an inconvenience! Then I messaged door dash and they said that Burger King was closed Im not understanding this. Then they said 5 to 7 business days for a refund When it took 2 seconds to take it. I just want the food or my money back immediately
