I filed a dispute to the fraud department of my Direct Express Federal Funding payee being a Disabled recipient. Which I very well am. I myself knows I can not afford 1cent extra for any online unauthorized charges. I prefer this co. And all affiliated to return quickly my $107.40 that was stolen from my debit card by Direct Express Federal Funding dept of SSA payee recipient. Thank you, Ms. Stephanie M.
