Can not get them to stop billing. I had to hire a lawyer today with hopes to finally have the account closed. I think this is a deeply predatory company who prey on the aged. I could not be more disappointed in their lack of respect for multiple cancellation requests. The customer service receptionists are surely compensated to NOT cancel upon first request. I am power of attorney to a not well person who can not afford this service. She was a customer for years. Haven't they milked her enough? Really, needing to write one hundred words is excessive. I think I made my point, but can not stop typing for another ten words. Thank you for listening to anyone who reads this story. Amen.
