I put a hole* in my tire while driving. My call to Allstate was answered promptly and courteously. They could not detect my location, but after giving them things in the area, they were able to send the tow truck. I was towed to a tire shop, had it replaced, and was back on road in a couple of hours. They were a life saver! User's recommendation: I highly recommend having this service.
