Bought Yukon (used). Was given clean maintence inspection paperwork upon signing. Yukon started popping codes within 2 days of purchase. Took to mechanic. Was informed by mechanic that Yukon was running oil that hadn’t been changed in (best estimate) 10-12k miles. I officially put 63 miles on Yukon. Was officially the proud new owner of a $48,000 LEMON Scene 2: Went to Lithia for maintenance records. Service said your salesperson has it. Salesperson no longer there. Went to sales manager. SM “just went” to lunch. Went to General manager. (That clown shoe MF barely grasped the English language...) Was directed to service. Went to service manager. Got punted back to sales. Went baaaaack to GM. After an infuriating hour the consensus amongst the idiots was. Drumroll please... I CANNOT have any records for this vehicle and I will not ever never ever ever ever never never get them. Final act: All I wanted was MY paperwork for MY Lemon. Since you won’t cough it up and demand me to perform like a circus monkey to inquire about it- YOU CAN HAVE IT BACK, Lithia. Keep the paperwork, Lithia. GFY, Lithia. Please expect delivery via wrecker in 2-3 business days. That is all. Why? Because you suck and
