I’d like the gift card they promised me for bad service

Never got appetizers, waiter was pushy and kept asking us to try more wine, didnt check back on how our food was. Took the appetizers off, but acted like he was doing us a favor. We brought guests from another country, and they were NOT impressed. Manager promised to send a $50 gift card, but it never arrived. User's recommendation: Don’t go to the North Olmsted one.
