I couldn’t get any explanations

I made three orders from amufi.vstore.ca and was satisfied only with the first one. Second and third order was awful. The product was damaged and parts were missing, customer support was ineffective as well. I couldn’t get any explanations about what is happening and I will never deal with this company again in the future. I hope everyone will avoid my experience.
