I am a sr. citizen and my tax preparation usually takes about 10-15 minutes. I am no good at this government-required chore so it has been wonderful to qualify for the service. Due to THE VIRUS, in addition to the entire country losing its collective minds, it has become nearly impossible to find help (AARP is not covering my area of Southern California for 2019 taxes). You have an office in Perris, CA that came up instantly when I typed 'free senior citizen tax services' into my browser. I was pleased when I saw that there was an office in the city of Perris, where I live! There was a page where I could schedule an appointment, and I did so. There was a confirmation in my email within a very short time. Also, I typed a description of my MINIMAL issues and concerns. Bottom line, a woman told me I would have to pay...the conversation continued under duress for me, and she ultimately hung up. I called back and spoke to an equally rude fellow who argued just as vehemently as the woman. WHAT TH'.......??? I know NOTHING about your tax prep services but your representatives seem to be on the nasty side.
