I cant see my orders when i click on orders and no one contacts me back

I order all the time but I cant see my orders even when clicking on orders it shows my old orders not my new one's and no one has contacted mr back I has to open a case to PayPal I recieved items but sence I cant see my new orders I cant returned them and no one has contacted me after emailing 5 or 6 times I'm very disappointed I never had an issue till now.
