I cant reset my PIN

I was hacked back in Oct 2020 and i haven't been able to access my original email account i previously signed up with Varo now i have that email account back I can't change my card pin because i don't remember it. 2 freaking days now I've called your support line only to be on hold indefinitely 60 minutes or longer or to be hung up on after holding that ridiculously long I NEED MY MONEY ASAP
