I can’t pay my reservation

I made a reservation yesterday afternoon, and although at the beginning the website told me that the payment had gone well, later on, while checking the review of my tickets I saw that the status of my reservation had remained not payed. How do I pay? where can I do it? Thank you, have a nice day.
