I can’t log in to my account

Hi there, I still cannot log in to my account for 4 days! I don't know what happen to my account! I had contacted Amazon help many many times! I had called Amazon customer service many times! You keep giving me a link to contact Amazon customer service, but I can't even sign in to my account, how can I use the link to contact Amazon customer service??? Please help me solve my account ASAP. I am an Amazon seller. You have locked my account somehow, which has had a great impact on me.
