I cant get the forms I need to transfer account FROM Schwab

I have become increasingly frustrated by the Schwab response team regarding the endless requests to confirm my computer. Also, I have not found them helpful and NOW I cant get thru to get the transfer from schwab to Fidelity confirmed. User's recommendation: don't expect too much help.
