I cant get the code for my gift card

Yall suck *** at answering its rediculous. Every time I press help menu in the app it send me to this text thunt where I message and get no response and if I go out of it I cant even get back to it. Anyways, I redeemed a Visa card 4 days ago it told me it was ready yeserday and now its in my rewards bur gives me no information on it or a reward at all. What is this.
