I cant get straight answers nor the care I need.

I have had molina for 1 month and its been exceedingly frustrating and disappointing. They talk in circles and just keep transferring you from one person to another never proving a solution. They deny the most basic of care as which is so maddening. I thought this is what I was paying for! There is 0 regard for the consumers BASIC medical needs. The stall tactics are absolutey disgusting. I am sooooo profoundly sorry I chose them in the first place. AVOID-AVOID-AVOID! User's recommendation: RUN LIKE ***.
