I can’t get into my laptop to connect to the Wi-Fi again

I can't get my laptop to connect to Wi-Fi again. I bought my laptop about 3 weeks ago and I've been staying in my sister's basement every since it's worked every day every night every afternoon except for the last 2 days it will not connect to the Wi-Fi and I don't know why my phone does my tablet does but not my laptop
