Been trying to reach them.by phone for 5 years for help. Once I received a message to go online for problems . That never works. I have been a customer for 12 years. I have technical issues &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; cannot get into one of my accounts. Ongoing for many years. This is maddening &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; unacceptable. Something must be done about this terrible cust. Support. T. Bold
